Brazilian-born, Lisbon-based DJ and producer, ANNA, has announced details of her upcoming debut album, “Intentions”, saying it is to be released on 19th May via her new label Mercury KX.
Recorded at ANNA’s own Anaweth Studio, the seven-track ambient electronic release – which is angled as an immersive meditation experience – is reportedly “to be experienced as a journey for healing and growth,’ and features collaborations with ambient pioneer Laraaji, as well as the likes of contemporary classical artist East Forest.
It will also feature remixes by Max Cooper and Jon Hopkins.
ANNA said the album captures the purest longing for the universal power of love.
“It’s borne out of a deep well of love that exists inside of me, and an enduring appreciation for all that we call ‘life,” she said.
