Amber Heard’s lawyers are calling for a retrial, claiming “improper juror service” in a new twist in the defamation case between the actress and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, Skynews reports.
According to the Australian outlet, Heard’s lawyers argue one of the individuals originally meant to serve in the trial had been replaced by someone else.
Her legal team filed new documents in a Virginia court, arguing Juror 15 was not the person called to serve on jury duty, according to the report.
